Getting started

No. WeblyChat is designed for non-technical users. Adding the chatbot to your site is a copy-paste step with no coding required.

Most users are live in under 5 minutes. Training your chatbot on your website content takes another minute or two depending on how large your site is.

WeblyChat works on any website that allows you to add custom HTML or JavaScript. This includes Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Framer, Webnode, and custom-coded sites.

Training & content

You provide your website URL or upload documents (PDFs, text files). WeblyChat reads and indexes that content so your chatbot can answer questions based on it.

Yes. You can retrain your chatbot any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

You can upload PDFs and plain text files. Website URL crawling is also supported on all plans.

You can add custom Q&A pairs in your dashboard to override or supplement the AI responses for specific questions. You can also retrain on updated content.

Chatbot behavior

Yes. WeblyChat can respond in the language the visitor writes in, as long as your training content covers that topic.

The chatbot will let the visitor know it doesn't have that information and can direct them to contact you via the built-in contact form (Essential+ plans), or link them to a contact page or phone number you've set up.

Yes, on Essential, Pro, and Premium plans. You can set colors, fonts, widget position, welcome message, suggested prompts, and more. Free plan users get the default widget styling.

Account & billing

Yes. WeblyChat has a permanent free plan with no credit card required. See Plans & Pricing for full details.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel a paid plan, your account drops to the free plan at the end of your current billing period.
